  • Click on Login from the top-right corner.
  • Enter your registered email and password.
  • If you don’t have an account, use Register to create one.
🎫 2. Scan Ticket / Boarding Pass
  • Go to the Verify Ticket section.
  • Scan the boarding pass barcode or enter the code manually.
  • The system will fetch passenger details such as Name, Flight, PNR, From, To, Seat.
πŸ—‚ 3. Ticket Management
  • All verified tickets are saved automatically in the system.
  • Duplicates are prevented – each ticket is unique by PNR + Flight + Sequence.
  • Managers can review and approve tickets before submission.
πŸ“Š 4. Reports & Analytics
  • Directors/Managers can filter data by Date or Airport.
  • Export reports in CSV or PDF format.
πŸ“‚ 5. File Uploads
  • Attach files or undertakings to a ticket if required.
  • Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.
βš™ 6. Roles & Permissions
  • User: Can scan and view their tickets.
  • Manager: Can verify tickets, attach documents, and submit to store.
  • Director: Can view analytics and export reports.
  • Admin: Can manage airports, locations, SRI items, users.
